I cannot remember my order confirmation number -- what should I do?
Check the "I don't have my confirmation number" box and enter your email address, then a new email will be sent to you with your confirmation number.
I never received the e-gift card email
It is possible that your email provider is blocking the email or marking it as spam. Please be sure that you are allowing emails from 'noreply@repeatrewards.com' to be received.
The e-gift card was not received, can I re-send it?
Yes. If you enter in the information in the "Gift card Tracking & Support" area above, you will have the option to resend the email to the original email you entered or to yourself.
I have not received the plastic gift card yet
Please allow for up to 2 weeks for the processing and shipping of the Plastic Gift Cards. If you have not received the gift card by then, please feel free to contact us using the "Contact Us" button below
